This position proactively discovers and meets the financial needs of members through recommending solutions to meet those needs. This position services member accounts (both depository and lending) as well as opening depository accounts, loan origination, and providing education for our members about credit union products and services. This position ensures that members receive excellent service at all times, following the credit union’s member service model.  Due to the high trust involved with dealing with members’ financial security; work is performed accurately and in a manner consistent with the credit union’s mission. This position actively contributes to the achievement of the branch sales and service goals. This position must effectively carry out the essential duties in a manner that consistently demonstrates the core values of Notre Dame FCU in a positive manner and other duties may be assigned.

The responsibility of the Member Service Associate (Teller) is to meet and exceed our member’s service expectations by performing teller and assigned member service functions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that our member’s financial needs are being met by referring products and services to our members.  Contributes to the achievement of Notre Dame Federal Credit Union’s Strategic Goals by actively working to achieve individual branch and team goals.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Marketing Department inclusive but not limited to timely and accurate development, implementation, stewardship and evaluation of the credit union’s marketing strategies, both locally and nationally, through all channels and in alignment with the credit union’s overall business objectives.

This position is responsible for assisting the marketing team to perform work related to strategic marketing, communication, and public relations plans.


The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and originates mortgage loan products to existing and potential new members to meet production goals while maintaining loan quality standards. In this sales role, the Mortgage Loan Officer continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. This network will likely consist of a combination of Real Estate Professionals, Builders, Professional and Personal contacts.


In addition, the MLO will cultivate positive relationships with other credit union partners to originate new money mortgage transactions for existing members. Key to success is the MLO’s regular promotion of the credit union’s product and service offerings by participating in business related development opportunities, community efforts to promote homeownership, and professional organizations.


Ultimately, the MLO’s success is measured by the ability to deliver successfully closed new mortgage loans that comply with governmental and institutional requirements.
