Act as the primary point of contact for our local and non-local members who reach out the credit un ion via phone, chat, or email. Responsible for; opening depository accounts, servicing current accounts, referring mortgages, consumer loans, and investments. Take applications for lending products, and educate members and potential members about all credit union products in accordance with the credit union 's member service model. Ensures that work is performed accurately and in a manner consistent wi th the credit un ion's mission to provide members with quality financial services in a friendly, personal and professional manner. Actively contributes to the achievement of the branch sales and service goals.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Marketing Department inclusive but not limited to timely and accurate development, implementation, stewardship and evaluation of the credit union’s marketing strategies, both locally and nationally, through all channels and in alignment with the credit union’s overall business objectives.
The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and originates mortgage loan products to existing and potential new members to meet production goals while maintaining loan quality standards. In this sales role, the Mortgage Loan Officer continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. This network will likely consist of a combination of Real Estate Professionals, Builders, Professional and Personal contacts.
In addition, the MLO will cultivate positive relationships with other credit union partners to originate new money mortgage transactions for existing members. Key to success is the MLO’s regular promotion of the credit union’s product and service offerings by participating in business related development opportunities, community efforts to promote homeownership, and professional organizations.
Ultimately, the MLO’s success is measured by the ability to deliver successfully closed new mortgage loans that comply with governmental and institutional requirements.
This position helps design, implement and communicate financial programs for members of our Credit union. They may confer with partners as well as members in person or over the phone as they assist members for financial security. This position explains the complicated nature of investment, insurance and retirement packages to members/partners in a clear, concise fashion. This position will file and process any documentation in accordance with federal and company regulations. This position will also frequently manage electronic databases and work with complex spreadsheets. Financial plans have many options, so this position is able to explain and design plans that work best for our members’ future plans.
